About the Role
The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Hae CPG team to support the day-to-day initiatives and workflows across e-commerce and retail operations and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Process e-commerce, retail, and gratis orders efficiently and accurately.
Monitor order flow and resolve issues to ensure timely fulfillment.
Track and oversee ongoing projects at the 3PL, identifying and addressing any challenges.
Communicate with 3PL partners to ensure service levels are met.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis to keep the team informed on operational performance.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager on process improvements and day-to-day operations.
Investigate shipment issues and troubleshoot as needed
Compile documentation for international shipments
Support additional operational tasks and projects as needed.
Troubleshoot order delays, misships, lost packages; analyze returns and ticket data; flag trends with order fulfillment issues
Monitor, investigate and dispute e-commerce and retail chargebacks and high risk orders; gather historical data to advise on best practices to minimize charges
Support Lead Ops team with updating sales and inventory reporting, freight analysis; audit logistics bills
Flag integration challenges and work with Lead Ops team and various brand and vendor teams to troubleshoot
Create, organize, and update client documentation and reporting, SOPs, retail and routing guidelines
Requirements
Experience working in beauty, CPG a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of ecommerce and retail operations (prior experience a plus but not required).
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools (bonus: experience with inventory/order management systems).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and workflows.

About the Role
The Operations Manager will oversee the last leg of operations for our clients, including transportation, 3PL management, inventory oversight, assemblies and special projects, e-commerce fulfillment, retail operations/fulfillment, outbound channel management, and end-of-month (EOM) reconciliation. This role also includes managing and training Operations Associates to ensure they perform at the highest level. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and is passionate about optimizing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary last leg Operations lead for assigned clients, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Transportation Management: Oversee client transportation needs, ensuring on-time deliveries and cost-effective solutions; Work with First Leg Operations team to ensure timely and proper delivery of finished goods to 3PLs
3PL Management: Collaborate with 3PLs to monitor performance, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement controls to prevent discrepancies, oversee and execute end-of-month reconciliation processes, ensuring financial and inventory accuracy; Oversee QC/QA of finished goods; file claims as necessary and dispute charges in a timely manner
Assemblies & Special Projects: Coordinate and manage assemblies, kitting, and other client-specific special projects.
E-Commerce Fulfillment: Ensure seamless fulfillment operations for e-commerce channels, meeting KPIs and client expectations.
Retail Fulfillment: Oversee retail order fulfillment, ensuring order accuracy and compliance with retailer requirements and deadlines; Review and dispute retail chargebacks; Manage RTVs
Software Management: Manage operational software and integrations across ERP, EDI, Retailers, warehouse management, inventory, middleware systems to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely transmissions; record inputs and troubleshoot as needed
Utilize data and KPIs to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and present insights to clients.
Create, organize, and update client documentation and reporting, SOPs and internal templates
Team Management & Training: Manage and mentor Operations Associates, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance; Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members stay up to date with best practices and operational standards.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a consulting or agency setting.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, inventory management systems).
Strong analytical skills with a high proficiency in data analysis and detail-oriented tasks. Comfortable with data formatting, manipulation, and analysis, with retail math skills being an additional advantage.
Experience working with various retail formats, including big box, mass, specialty, and boutique retailers. Understanding of routing guides and retail order fulfillment flows is essential.
Familiarity with EDI and retail platforms (e.g., RetailLink, TMS, Partners Online, DSCO, CommerceHub)

About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager will report into the Director of Operations and support day-to-day management of production workflows for key clients. This includes managing component/raw materials/finished goods inventory, inventory planning and strategy, sourcing components, freight logistics, overseeing vendor relationships and production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary supply chain lead for assigned clients, managing day-to-day operations across all production and ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Focus on the initial stages of the supply chain, including production workflows, sourcing components, and managing vendor relationships.
Develop and execute inventory planning and strategies to ensure components, raw materials, and finished goods meet demand.
Coordinate logistics for components and raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining alignment with production schedules.
Oversee and optimize production timelines to meet expectations for product and brand launches.
Collaborate with clients to align supply chain strategies with their broader business goals and timelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
Manage and maintain accurate BOMs, component and product #s, UPCs, and SKUs for client operations.
Utilize data and KPIs to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and present insights to clients.
Maintain record of all production workflows, timelines, and inventory
Create, organize, and update client documentation and reporting, SOPs and internal templates
Work with Last Leg Operations team to ensure timely and proper delivery of finished goods to 3PLs

Support training and management of Operations Associates
Requirements
4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in the beauty or CPG industries.
Proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects and delivering results.
Proficiency in supply chain tools, inventory management systems, and Excel or Google Sheets; Strong proficiency with data, highly analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable with data formatting, manipulation and analysis
